My vegetable-loaded Provencal grilled pizza
Yield 2 pizza
Ingredients
- 1 courgette
- 2 tablespoons dried provencal herbs
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 2 small tomatoes or 10 cherry tomatoes
- 50 gr shredded cheese
Instructions
- Roll out the dough and griddle on a hot grill pan on each side for a few minutes. The goal is to have grill lines on the dough not be cooked through
- Let the grilled pizza cool
- Slice the courgettes finely. Brush the courgettes slices with oilve oil. Season with herbes de Provence and salt. Grill the courgettes
- Top your grilled pizza with grilled courgettes, cherry tomato wedges, chicken and cheese like mozzarella, provolone and Parmesan. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for 8- 10 minutes.
