My Bramble spritz is a perfect summery twist made with Belgian bramble vermouth and lots of bubbles.
As you may know I am not a fan of oranges ( memories of an unfortunate childhood night spent throwing up an entire orange I ate including the peel), and brambles or blackberries are in season right now and I love their delicate balance between sweet and sour.
